Our single SANCTUS SPIRITUS was released on December 20, 2021 and has already received airplay on radios such as Asheville FM 103.3, WMBR, WOMR, Taintradio, Eagles Nest Radio and One World Music Radio (UK).

Our concerts, mostly take place in churches, create sacral sound worlds that seem modern and archaic at the same time.
In addition to voice, clarinet and bass clarinet, we use an extensive percussion set, with novel sound objects such as wood bells, ballast stings, gongs and occasionally electronics.
Hildegard von Bingen's compositions, in their richness and depth, form the starting point and breath of our work. Her timeless melodies and texts fascinate us in their topicality and spiritual expanse. We expand them into avant-garde contemporary improvisations.
SCIVIAS has performed at the Cathedral "Altenberger Dom", the Collegiate Church of the Marienfließ Monastery, the "Music Summer Plau am See", the +CulturKirche Oberberg and the Jerichow Monastery Church, among others.
